Payment is accepted through PayPal invoice.

Full payment is required before I begin work unless otherwise discussed.

Prices may increase based on complexity, additional characters, detailed backgrounds, or other extra requests.

I will provide progress updates when appropriate.

Minor revisions are allowed during the sketch stage.

Major changes requested after approval of a sketch may incur additional fees.

Partial refunds may be offered depending on the amount of work completed.

No refunds will be issued once the artwork is finished.

The commissioner may use the artwork for personal use, including profile pictures, banners, wallpapers, and sharing on social media with proper credit.

The commissioner may not claim the artwork as their own work.

Commercial use is not permitted unless discussed and paid for separately.

I retain all rights to the artwork unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

I may post commissioned artwork on my portfolio, social media, or commission examples unless the commissioner requests privacy beforehand.Clear references are required for all commissions.

I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.
